The company is looking for highly motivated energetic person for the position of Junior Service Engineer helping mobile operators to launch and maintain new mobile services based on Opencode technology.
Responsibilities:
1 Project Engineering (installation, integration, testing, commissioning, live activation)
2 Account Engineering (live support, helpdesk, change requests, customer technical follow-up)
3 Operational Support (system monitoring, heath-care, preventive maintenance, training)
4 Emergency Support (first level emergency, incident reporting and follow-up)
5 Insure MOP and approval prior to implementation.
6 Insure work delivery on-time
7 Insure up-to-date and high quality documentation
8 Insure company/product documentation benefits from specific documentation and customer experience
9 Work internally with project and product managers and teams
10 Help build, maintain strong customer relationships through kind and professional communication
11 Insure full Customer satisfaction while preserving the Company
12 Identify and escalate sales needs
13 Presales Support (upon availability participate in sales tenders, proposals and meetings)
14 Ability to grow as the team grows
15 Reporting to the Project Manager / Area Manager
Requirements:
1 1+ years of Telecom Engineering and/or Linux System Administration experience
2 English is a must, second language is an advantage
3 Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written;
4 Ability to lead the job
5 Ability to work in international environment
6 Ability to learn new technology and use it
7 Ability to work with schedules and deadlines
8 Teamwork skills, must be assertive and approachable
9 Specify technology in a way that customers can understand
10 Ability to travel
Location:
1 Office – work from home, on Customer site or in the Company office (if established)
Schedule/Shift:
1 Full time
2 Day job mostly, Duty availability as per business needs
