· Position: 1 HR Officer
· Location: Algiers

Role & Responsibilities:
· Actively supports in the successful implementation of all the HR strategies and policies within the country
· Provide HR Support, advice, and guidance to staff when needed
· Assist in rolling out staff compensation and benefits, training and development, and ensuring adequate staffing
· Participate in projects to improve processes and practices
· Ensure best practice in continuously and pro-actively identified and implemented
· Implementation and administration of plans and initiatives that supports the positing of the company as an employer of choice in the market place
· Overall day to day administration of the HR function
· Talent Development and Management
· Coordinate the annual talent review process with the all the departments
· Staffing and Recruitment
· Follow up on all payroll requirement
· Ensure that there is strong employee relations processes in place that includes policies that encompasses company policies as well as local employment legislation
· HR policy formulation, design and implementation
Profile:
· HR Generalist with thorough knowledge of payroll processes
· Good experience in the Human Resources administration
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Experience in building, training, motivating and managing staff
· Knowledge of the Algerian labour laws and other relevant regulations
· French as a first or second language and good mastery of English is necessary
· Knowledge of human resource principle and how they relate to the management and administration of the staff in an organization
· Good reasoning & judgment skills
· Computer skills
· Good numerical skills
