Résumé
This work presents developed a new approach based on datamining to unveil the composition rule of bulk metallic glasses. Informatics techniques such as principal component analysis (PCA) and partial least squares (PLS) have been applied to identify the composition characteristics with high glass forming abilities. It is pointed out that the reduced glass transition temperature Tg/Tl is the best indicator for a given alloy system but no single indicator can reflect the GFAs of different alloy systems.
