Résumé
This research seeks to investigate the factors inhibiting the implementation of the innovations in the pedagogical management in the LMD system in Higher Education in Algeria. It hypotheses that these factors are related to: the demographic and/or employment characteristics of their implementers, their perceptions and the characteristics of the organisational structure of the department and the university where they work. This research study is a case study conducted in the EFL department in the University Abderrahmane Mira of Bejaia. The population targeted includes BA and MA students, EFL teachers and decision-makers both at the department and the university levels.
