Résumé
ملخص تشكل الطاقات الأحفورية أهم مصادر التموين بالطاقة في العالم، ويعتمد الاقتصاد العالمي عليها في جميع النواحي، غير أن طرق استغلالها أدت إلى تدهور احتياطاتها العالمية. كما أن إصداراتها للغازات الدفيئة جعلها تشكل تهديدا على البيئة، بالإضافة إلى ارتفاع أسعارها، جعل الكثيرين محرومين من خدماتها، لذا كان لزاما على الدول أن تسعى لوضع سياسات وتبني استراتيجيات طاقوية من شأنها أن تحقق التوافق بين المجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والبيئية وتحقق الاستدامة الطاقوية. ولعل في الخيارات الطاقوية المتاحة حاليا ونقصد بذلك، الطاقات الجديدة والمتجددة، التكنولوجيا المتطورة، الكفاءة الإستخدامية للطاقة، المخارج في إيجاد سبل التموين المستدام بالطاقة للأجيال الحاضرة والقادمة وتلبية الطلب المتزايد عليها. إن الجزائر كغيرها من الدول تسعى في إطار استراتيجياتها الطاقوية إلى اكتساب التكنولوجيا التي تمكنها من الاستغلال الأمثل لطاقاتها الأحفورية، وكذلك البحث عن مصادر أخرى للتموين بالطاقة وهي تلك المتعلقة أساسا بالطاقات المتجددة التي تحوي منها الجزائر خزانا هاما لاسيما فيما يتعلق بالطاقة الشمسية. الكلمات الدالة المصادر الأحفورية، الكفاءة الإستخدامية للطاقة، الطاقات الجديدة والمتجددة، الاستدامة الطاقوية، الإستراتيجيات الطاقوية، الغازات الدفيئة. Abstract Fossil energies are the main energy supply resources in the world, the world economy, in all fields, depends on them; however their use has led to the deterioration of the world reserves. The emissions of the greenhouse effect gases are a threat to the environment. This, with the cost of energy, has deprived a lot of people of their services. It is up to the states to lead policies consisting in finding energy sustainability which would permit to reconcile the economic, social, and environmental factors on the one hand, and meet the growing energy demand on the other hand. In the options of the present energies (new and renewable energies, advanced technology, and energy efficiency), we can find a way to satisfy the energy needs of the present and the coming generations: this aims at meeting an ever-growing energy demand. In its energy strategies, Algeria like the other countries is trying to acquire technologies permitting an optimal use of its potential fossil energy resources but is also looking for renewable resources of energy whose Algeria has an important potential as far as solar energy.
