Résumé
The current financial and economic crisis is the worst crisis in the contemporary economic history, this crisis began in September 2007 from the financial sector, exactly in the great banking groups, and it clearly impacted negatively on the performance of the real economy in the developed and emerging countries and others, but in varying degrees, so it decreased the levels of production, trade, it affected employment levels and the financial sector decreased sharply as well. We tried in this study to clarify the role of financial markets in 2007 financial crisis, and accelerate its spread, serious dangerousness and the damages it caused on the same financial markets, banking sector and the economy as a whole. We presented in the first section of the study its various aspects of the crisis the beginning then its causes and its developments. in the second section, we described the structure of the financial markets in the developed and emerging countries and we chose the U.S.A and France as models of developed countries, India and China as emerging countries and we gave too a sight in the U.S.A and India’s stocks exchanges. in the last section of study we chose France and China as models, we analyzed how their financial markets had a role in the crisis through the analysis of the developments in financial markets before the explosion of the crisis. in an attempt to clarify the seriousness of the crisis and we have to clarify its effects and damages at the various levels, starting by financial markets and then banking sector, the origin of the crisis and the biggest loser, and finally the whole economy, and we mentioned als
