Résumé
The earth summit represents a decisive curve in the development trajectory, among of its results, the Agenda 21, which has not limited its trends just at the macro level, but it has integrated the development mission of firms within its principles and considering it as active elements and one of its important development supports. So that, firms became invited more than any time passed to contribute in the pivots embodiment of the sustainable development in the reality. Whereas any firm adopt this kind of initiatives, whatever its types and its complexity degree, which mark its environment. Not linked with random and chance, but it is being within strategic approach, and by creating dynamic changes in all work aspects of the firm. And adopting many concepts as the organizational learning. This study is articulated about the organizational learning and focuses on it, from its deferent levels, as well as individual, team and strategic levels, in pioneer algerien firm which is called "Somiphos" of phosphate mining, and by relating the organizational learning with sutainable development trends, this ones are translated to several axes; firstly responsible resources use, secondly focusing on environment impacts and trying to reduce it, finally shedding light on stakeholders by recognizing and behavior study.
