Résumé
Industrial areas often lead to contamination of the environment and surrounding air, water and land. Moreover, the reduction of the flow of waste and the depollution requires significant expenditure. However, often the waste flowing from these facilities is not largely subject to oversight. As a result, pollution becomes unavoidable. Such effluent can be the result of inefficient technologies or processes waste, or as a result of neglect and lack of economic sanctions. In this concept, sustainable development means the rapid transformation in the technological base of industrial civilization, through the use of cleaner and more efficient technologies, and reducing the consumption of energy and other natural resources to a minimum. The main objective should be to processes or technological systems causing less waste or pollutants, and waste must be recycled internally. In addition to that, work should be done with the natural systems in a regulatory framework for reconciling these processes which is called environmental management system. In cases where traditional technologies meet these criteria they should be preserved in order to reduce pollution, and aid to stabilize climate and absorb the growth in population and economic activity
