Résumé
ملخص: من أهم المشكلات التي تواجه المؤسسة الاقتصادية مسألة تحسين استعمال وتخصيص الموارد المتاحة لديها على الاستخدامات البديلة، ولا يمكن حل هذه المسألة بالاعتماد على الـحـدس والتخمين القائمين على الأساس الذاتي للمسير، بل إن ذلك يستدعي استخدام الأسالـيب الرياضية المساعــدة على اتـخاذ القرار الأمثل. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور وأهمية تطبيق تقنية البرمجة الخطية في تحسين استعمال موارد المؤسسة المتاحة، وذلك من خلال التطرق إلى واقع استخدام الأساليب الكمية ودورها في تحسين أداء المؤسسات الاقتصادية، مع عرض وتحليل نتائج الدراسة الميدانية بإحدى الوحدات الاقتصادية الجزائرية. Le résumé : Parmi les problèmes qui elles rencontrent les entreprises économiques, le problème de gestion des moyens humains et matériels. On ne pourra pas résoudre ce phénomène avec des méthodes non objectif. Ace propos une étude profonde et compétitive exigée a l’Enterprise afin d assuré une utilisation rationnelle des moyen humain et matériel dont elles proposent. L objectif de se étude s est le rôle de pratiquer les techniques de programmation linéaire, et cela parvenant des diverses méthodes quantitative donne pour l’Enterprise pour amélioration de ce domaine économique avec des résultats des étude pratiquer sur le terrain. Summary : Of the most important problems facing the economic enterprises the issue of improving the use and allocation of resources available to them to alternative uses, and can not resolve this issue by relying on intuition and guesswork based on the basis of self-trajectory, but it requirez the use of mathematical methods to make the best decision. The aim of this study is to highlight the role and importance of applying the technique of linear programming it improve the use of enterprise resources available, and that by addressing the reality of the use of quantitative methods and their role in improving the performance of economic institutions with a view and analyze the results of field study in one of the algerian economic units.
