Résumé
يعتبر إنتاج القمح من الركائز الإستراتيجية في الاقتصاد الزراعي العالمي، لما يوفره من مناصب شغل ودخل للأفراد وغذاء أساسي لمعظم سكان العالم؛ غير أن السوق العالمية للقمح تعرف نوعا من التعقيد في علاقاتها التبادلية التجارية، وهذا بسبب تأثرها بتغيرات بعض العوامل المتحكمة فيها (كمية الإنتاج، حجم الاستهلاك، حجم المخزون، حجم الصادرات والواردات، السعر العالمي للقمح ...(. لقد تناولت هذه الدراسة في محورها النظري الأول، طرحا لعدة جوانب تتعلق بزراعة القمح، من خلال استخدام ثلاث معايير حسب البيانات المتوفرة، تمثلت في المساحة المزروعة وإنتاجية الهكتار الواحد وحجم الإنتاج العالمي منه، إضافة إلى القاء الضوء على مشكلة تحقيق الأمن الغذائي منه؛ بينما تم عرض لأهم محددات هيكل السوق العالمي للقمح وتطوراتها الوقائعية من خلال المحور الثاني من الدراسة النظرية، وخلصت الدراسة بجانب تطبيقي تم من خلاله محاولة بناء نموذج قياسي لأهم محددات السوق العالمية للقمح خلال الفترة )1980-2011م(. Résumé : La production de blé constitue l’un des piliers stratégiques de l’économie agricole mondiale, notamment créant des emplois, en fournissant des revenus aux individus est comme y’tant l’aliment de base pour une grande partie de la population mondiale. Cependant, le marché mondial du blé connait une certaine complexité dans les relations commerciales, et cela est dû à l’impact des variations de certains facteurs qui influant sur ce marché (quantité de la production, niveau de consommations volume du stock, volume d’importations et d’exportations, le prix mondial du blé ...) Cette étude traite en premier lieu l’aspect théorique lié à la culture du blé et à travers l’utilisation de trois critères selon les données disponibles et qui concernent la superficie cultivée, la productivité à l’hectare et le volume production mondial. En plus , elle essaie de mettre au lumière le problème de la sécurité alimentaire. En second lieu’ elle Toure de cerner les déterminants les plus importants de la structure du marché mondial du blé et leur évolution à travers l’analyse des faits. L’aspect pratique de l’étude a été consacré à l’élaboration d’un modèle économétrique des principaux déterminants du marché mondial du blé durant la période 1980-2011 Abstract : Wheat production is one of the strategic pillars of the global agricultural economy, in purpose of jobs and income for individuales and a staple food for most of the world’s population; that it provid. However, the world wheat market characterized by a kind of complexity in their mutual trade relations ; and this is due to be effected by the changes in certain factors controlling it (quatity of production, consumption, stock size, the size of trade, the world wheat price...). This study takes in the first theoretical axis Put forward several aspects related to the cultivation of wheat, Through the use of three criteria according to available data, represented in the cultivated area and productivity per hectare and the size of the global production of it, Added to Shed light on the problem of achieving food security thereof, As has been the most important determinants of the structure of the global market for wheat and factual developments during the second axis of the theoretical study, then the study concluded by an application axis from which to try to build a standard form for the most important determinants of the global wheat market during the period (1980-2011).
