Résumé يبقى النمو الاقتصادي الهاجس الاقتصادي الأساسي للحكومات المختلفة من جهة وللأفراد من جهة أخرى و يأتي هدف النمو الاقتصادي على رأس الاهداف السياسات الاقتصادية، ذلك لكونه يمثل الخلاصة للجهود الاقتصادية في المجتمع لتحقيق الرفاهية الاقتصادية، وهو شرط ضروري و لكن غير كاف لتحسين المستوى المعيشي للأفراد، فالجانب الآخر من المعادلة هو توزيع النمو المحقق بعدالة بين الأفراد. وهذا ما زاد من أهمية الاهتمام بموضوع النمو الاقتصادي وذلك بغية التحكم فيه. تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى صياغة نموذج تقديري تفسيري وتقديري ( تنبؤي) للنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر، و قد تطرقنا في هذه الدراسة إلى أهم النظريات المفسرة للنمو الاقتصادي بالإضافة إلى تحليل واقع الاقتصاد الجزائري، كما قمنا بتحليل بعض الدراسات السابقة الخاصة بالنمو الاقتصادي كل هذا ساهم في تحديد المتغيرات التي تؤثر في النمو الاقتصادي و في ايجاد الصيغة النهائية للنموذج التفسيري للنمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1990-2011)، وفي الأخير تمت محاولة التنبؤ بقيم النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر حتى عام 2015. بالفرنسية Résumé : La croissance économique demeure une obsession primordiale pour les différents gouvernements d’une part; et pour les individus d’autre part. Elle constitue l’un des objectifs majeurs des politiques économiques; étant donné qu’elle relate l’aboutissement des efforts économiques consentis par la communauté. Pour réaliser la prospérité économique elle constitue une condition indispensable, elle demeure néanmoins insuffisante pour améliorer le niveau de vie des individus. En effet, l’autre aspect de l’équation réside dans la répartition équitable de la croissance réalisée entre les individus c’est cela qui a accru l’importance octroyée à la question de la croissance économique, dans le but de la cerner et la maîtriser. Cette étude a pour objectif d’élaborer un modèle explicatif et prévisionnel de la croissance économique en Algérie. Dans ce contexte, notre étude essaye de traiter les théories fondamentales explicatives de la croissance économique. Tout cela a contribué à cerner les variables qui agissent sur la croissance économique et à finaliser l’élaboration du modèle explicatif de la croissance économique en Algérie durant la période 1990-2011. Enfin, le modèle prévisionnel nous a permis d’estimer les valeurs de la croissance économique jusqu’en 2015. Summary: Economic growth remains the basis preoccupation both for all the governments or individuals, the objective of economic growth is the main objective of economic political, because it represents the real consequence and logical economic efforts and non-economic in the community, which is necessary, but not sufficient to improve the level lives of individuals, the other part of the equation is represented by the equal distribution of growth achieved between individuals. This has increased the importance of attention to the issue of economic growth in order to survey and control it. The function estimate of economic growth requires the use of an appropriate econometric models, which gives a good estimate of this variable with a forecast of future values , it is very difficult to achieve an appropriate and adequate model for this must be deployed extensive research and expertise, which highlights the importance of research in finding the best model to estimate this function, and that by addressing the theoretical and analyzing the reality of economic growth in Algeria with a practical studies to estimate the function of economic growth and forecasts.
