Résumé
RESUME : L’explosion démographique que l’humanité a connu durant ces dernières années, a provoqué une extension spatiale abondante des villes, soit a l’échelle mondiale ou en l’Algérie. Se phénomène qui nous parait positif, puisqu’il est une réponse logique à une intensive demande d’espace et de service. Mais, cette extension n’a pas été saine, elle a provoqué plusieurs problèmes, parus en différente formes, selon les spécificités de chaque société, et chaque payer. Parmi ses formes les plus connues par la totalité des payer de monde, et bien sûr l’Algérie, c’est bien; les problèmes relatives à l’insalubrité du milieu urbain, et l’encombrement de la circulation, et l’insécurité routière urbaine, qui est l’axe principal de notre travail, pour but de montrer avec plus de détail la relation entre l’insécurité routière urbaine et l’organisation générale de la ville, car nous croyons fortement qu’il a une relation étroite entre ces deux derniers, et que nous pouvons obtenir un niveau très élevé de sécurité routière à partir d’une adéquate organisation de la ville, qui signifie une organisation logique des activités dans la ville, et de la circulation, et d’un aménagement fiable de voiries, chaqu’une selon sa position et son degré. ABSTRACT: The demographic explosion that the humanity knew during these last years, provoked an abundant spatial extension of cities, either has the world scale or in Algeria. Himself phenomenon that decorated us positive, since it is a logical answer to an intensive demand of space and service. But, this extension was not healthy, it provoked several problems, appeared in different shapes, according to specificity of every society, and every touwn. Among its most known shapes by the totality of touwn them of world, and of course Algeria, it is well; the relative problems to the insalubrity of the urban environment, and the clutter of the circulation, and the urban road insecurity, that is the main axis of our work, for goal to show with more of detail the relation between the urban road insecurity and the general organization of the city, because we believe strongly that it has a narrow relation between these two last, and that we can get a very elevated level of road security from an adequate organization of the city, that means an organization logical of activities in the city, and of the circulation, and of a reliable planning of road networks, every one according to her position and her degree
