Résumé
الملخص: عرفت المدينة الجزائرية تغيرات متعددة بتغير أدوات التهيئة والتعمير التي أتت لتتحكم في المشاكل العمرانية المختلفة وأهم هذه المشاكل التي أرقت المدينة الجزائرية وجل مدن العالم هي مشكلة الأحياء السكنية غير المخططة التي أدت إلى تدهور المجال الحضري وذلك من خلال انتشار مظاهر التلوث المختلفة الملاحظة في المدينة، وتسببت في تغيير النسق الإيكولوجي للمدينة. وقد عانت مدينة بوسعادة من ظاهرة السكن غير المخطط منذ بداية السبعينيات من القرن الماضي ولم تستطع التخلص منها والحد من توسعها، وأثرت هذه المشاكل الإيكولوجية الناتجة عن الأحياء السكنية غير المخططة في مدينة بوسعادة ككل فأضعفت مواردها وساهمت في تدهور بيئتها الحضرية. وتوصلت هذه الدراسة الى ان المشاكل الايكولوجية الناتجة عن الاحياء السكنية غير المخططة لم تؤثر في الحي فقط بل تعدته الى كامل المدينة لتمس مختلف الجوانب (الاقتصادية ،الاجتماعية، البيئة، العمرانية) لتساهم في تغيير هوية مدينة بوسعادة. Résumé: Les villesalgériennes a connu de multiples changements par le biais du développement des utilitaires de configuration et de reconstruction, qui a étécréée pour contrôler les problèmes des zones urbaines, mais le problème le plus grave qui a sévidans le monde sont les quartiers non planifiés, ce qui a conduit à la détérioration de la zone urbaine par le biais de la diffusion sauvage des différents aspects de la pollution observésdans les villes et a provoqué un énormechangementdans le modèleécologique en eux. Bousaadavillecomme les autresvillesontsubi par les quartiers non planifiésdepuis le début des annéessoixante du siècle dernier. Il a été incapable de se débarrasser de cephénomène et réduire son expansion. AinsiBoussadaville a affecté par les problèmesécologiquesrésultant des quartiers non planifiésdansleur ensemble. Par conséquent, ilaffaiblisesressources et a contribué à la détérioration de l’environnementurbain. Les conclusions de cetteétudeestque les problèmesécologiquescausés par les quartiers non planifiésn’ont pas affectédans les zones de résidence, maisaussidépassé à toute la ville, ainsique les différents aspects concernés (environnementéconomique, social, en milieu urbain), ce qui a contribué à la modification de l’identité de Bousaadaville. The Abstract: The Algerian cities has known multiple changes by means of the development of the configuration utilities and reconstruction, which was created to control the problems of urban, however the mostcriticalproblemthatplagued the world is the non-plannedneighbourhoods, whichled to the deterioration of the urban area by means of the wild spread of the various aspects of pollution observed in the cities and caused a huge change in the ecological pattern in them. Bousaada city like the other cities has suffered by the non-plannedneighbourhoodssince the beginning ofthe seventies of thelast century. It has been unable to get rid of this phenomenon and reduce its expansion. Thus Boussadacity has affected by the ecological problems resulting from the non-plannedneighbourhoods as a whole. Therefore it weakened her resources and contributed in the deterioration of the urban environment. Thefindings of this study is that the ecological problems caused by the non-plannedneighbourhoods did not affect in the residential areas only, but also exceeded to the entire city, as well as affected various aspects (economic,social, environment, urban), whichcontributed in the change of the identity of Bousaadacity.
