Résumé
ملخص: إن من الآثار المتبقية على الملحومات وجود القيود الأثرية العالية و المتجمعة عند أطراف التشققات داخل حبل التلحيم، و لوجودها الدور الفعال في إمكانية التآكل تحت القيود، الإعياء، الانكسار الهش و ارتفاع درجة حرارة الانتقال من الانكسار الهش إلى الانكسار المرن. للتقليل من نسبة هذه القيود و الممثلة للسبب الرئيسي في تسريع انتشار التشققات و منه الانكسار المفاجىء لحبل التلحيم، و لضمان الإنشاءات الميكانيكية الملحومة أثناء التشغيل يجب علينا أن نجري بعض المعالجات الحرارية المناسبة و في مختلف مراحل التصنيع. في هذا البحث أثبتنا تجريبيا أنه بإجراء معالجة إحماء إستراحة في درجة حرارة معينة و لمدة زمنية مناسبة، يمكننا التقليل من الأعراض المذكورة أعلاه و ذلك بتحسين الخصائص الميكانيكية لحبل التلحيم. Abstract : the soldered assemblies are the seat of elevated vestigial constraints, localized to the neighborhood of the aces of soldering cord, their presences cheek has regimental adjutant role vis-à-vis some fashion of tamping ace the corrosion under constraints, the fatigue, the brutal rupture and the increase of the temperature of transition ductile / fragile. To decrease the rate of these constraints that is the main reason of the fragile rupture of the soldering cords and to assure the security of the soldered structures, it is often necessary to do thermal treatments to different stages of the manufacture. In this invoice, we showed experimentally that a treatment of détente softening of steel to an average temperature and during one stationary time is sufficient to decrease the temperature of transition ductile/fragile and it by the improvement of the properties mechanics of the soldering cord. Résumé : Les assemblages soudés sont le siège de contraintes résiduelles élevées, localisées au voisinage des fissures du cordon de soudure, leurs présences joue un rôle majeur vis-à-vis certains mode d’endommagement telle que la corrosion sous contraintes, la fatigue,la rupture brutale et l’augmentation de la température de transition ductile/fragile. Pour diminuer le taux de ces contraintes qui sont la cause principale de la rupture fragile des cordons de soudure et pour assurer la sécurité des structures soudées, il est souvent nécessaire d’effectuer des traitements thermiques à différents stades de la fabrication. Dans ce mémoire nous avons montré expérimentalement qu’un traitement de recuit de détente à une température moyenne et pendant un temps fixe est suffisant pour diminuer la température de transition ductile/fragile et cela par l’amélioration des propriétés mécanique du cordon de soudure.
