Résumé
Résumé Le sujet de ce mémoire est en deux parties ; théoriques et d’expérimentale. Dans la partie théorique nous avons traité les différents essais de dureté, ainsi leur application pour matériaux massifs et revêtus. En finalisant cette partie par la proposition d’un pénétrateur de forme géométrique ellipsoïdal. Dans la partie expérimentale, on a mesuré la dureté perpendiculaire et parallèle d’un composite constituant, d’alumine comme film et d’alliage de l’aluminium comme substrat Abstract The subject of this memory is in two parts; theoretical and of experimental. In the theoretical part we treated the various hardness tests, thus their application for massive and covered materials. We were finalizing this part by the proposal an indenter of ellipsoidal geometrical form. In the experimental part, we measured the perpendicular and parallel hardness of a composite composed of alumina like film and aluminum like substrate. ملخ يحتوي عملنا هذا على جزئين من الأعمال: جزء نظري ،فيه تكلمنا على الصلادة وأنواعها وكيفية حساا بعدة طرق مختلفة وهذا حسب أنواع الأشكال الهندسية المغمسة في المادة . قد أقترحنا شكل هندسي بيضوي الشكل لإدخاله في المادة المراد قياس فساوا وهذا نظريا . جزء عملي تطبيقي حيث قمنا بقياس الصلادة لكل من : الألمنيوم لوحده ثم الألمنيوم الملبس بمادة الألمين،حيث قمنا بقياس الصلادة عموديا وشاقوليا ثم استنتجنا باستعمال برنامج , قيمة صلادة المادة الملبسة على الألمنيوم . وأخيرا أينا العمل بنتيجة عامة
