Résumé
ملخص: يستخدم الأمين’4,4- ثنائي أمينو ثنائي فينيل سيلفون كمادة أولية في تحضير المركب إيثيل بيروفات ’4,4- ثنائي هيدرازونو ثنائي فينيل سيلفون وذلك بعد تحويله إلى أملاح الديازونيوم ,اختزال هذه الأخيرة يؤدي إلى تشكيل ثنائي الهيدرازين الذي يتكاثف مع ايثيل بيروفات مشكلا ثنائي الهيدرازون المتكون من ثلاثة أيزوميرات هندسية و التي تم فصلها على حدى باستعمال عمود الفصل إلى الأيزوميرات التالية : syn –syn syn –anti , anti –anti التي درست خصائصها الفيزيائية باستعمال طرق التحليل الطيفي . دراسة خصائصها الفرماكولوجية أظهرت أن لها فعالية مضادة للبكتيريا . Resume: L’amine 4,4’-diamino diphenylsulfone est utilisé comme matière première pour préparer l’ethyl pyruvate 4,4’-dihydrazonodiphenylsulfone, et ceci après transformation des amines en sels de diazonium .la réduction de ces sels puis la condensation du produit de cette réduction avec l’ethyl pyruvate donne un composé d’hydrazone, après séparation sur colonne de gel de silice, le produit est obtenu sous forme de trois isomères: syn–syn, syn –anti, anti–anti. Leurs propriétés physiques ont été étudiées à l’aide des méthodes spectroscopiques ainsi que les études pharmacologiques qui ont montrés leurs efficacités antibactériennes. Abstract: The amine 4,4’-diamino diphenylsulfone is used for the preparation of ethyl pyruvate -4,4’-dihydrazonodiphenylsulfone, this was acomplished after convertion of the amine to its diazonium salts, which is reduced by using tin chloride to give hydrazine, this is condensed with ethyl pyruvate to afford the desired hydrazone which is separeted on column chromatography to provide the following isomers : syn–syn, syn–anti, anti–anti. The physical properties was studied using spectroscopy methods . the study of the pharmacological properties where found to be effective as anti- bacterial .
