Résumé
Résumé A travers le présent exposé intitulé : « L’effet des motivations sur l’élévation au niveau de l’efficacité productive. » - Etude du cas : l’unité E.A.R.A filière ALGAL de M’sila. On a confirmé l’importance et le rôle des motivations dans l’élévation au niveau de l’efficacité productive de l’entreprise économique dont l’homme est la base de toute activité économique ; de ce fait il faut appliquer des méthodes scientifiques pour le motiver à travailler ; ce qui nécessite deux conditions principales : l’attachement de la motivation avec la production et l’envie de l’individu travailleur à recevoir la motivation pour élever l’efficacité productive Abstract Throuth the presented project entitled « The motivation effect on raising the level of the productive efficiency -- A field study at E.A.R.A unity , a unity belonging to ALGAL company in M’sila . We have insisted on the importance of the motivation and its role in raising the level of the productive efficiency in the economic company . The human being is also the basis of any economic activity , therefore scientific systems should be applied to motivate him to perform any work. To succeed in raising the productive efficiency level , we should link it with the motivation and the worker’s desire to get this motivation
