Résumé
Metaphor is a particularly disarming way of arriving at truth in our everyday life. It masks/hides the truth one time and unveils it one other time depending on the kind of experience we live. We came across some characteristics and functions of metaphor trying to point out some theoretical frameworks which we took as the basis and which we consider fit our corpus.
