Résumé
The results obtained from the teachers’ questionnaire in this study revealed that the main factors resulting in students’ fluency problems were both linguistic and psychological. Their answers were sharp and revelative about the undeniable responsibility of an eventual desiquilibrium between the provided input and the produced output, and hence between fluency and accuracy. They were also assertive about the evident interference of psychological factors in the progression and the regression of students’ oral skills on the top of them motivation.
