Résumé
Current studies about language and gender are thus characterized by a move from essentialized notions of gender, that is to say, focusing on biological differences between men and women, to the implication of social action and social change.Current studies are based on the idea that analyses of gender and language have to start with people’s participation in their immediate and most salient societal groups.
