Résumé
The aim of this project is to build a gate turn - off thyristor voltage source inverter fed induction motor drive for traction application using microprocessor control. Constant d.c. link voltage will ultimately be provited by a pulsed convertoer operated from a single phase a.c. supply. This work was include the fillowing : Design and test of GTO thyristor gate drive circuits with possible current transformation features ; build a 16-bit microprocessor -based inverted controller on which virtually any pulse width modulation strategy.
