Résumé
Nowadays ICT (Information and communication technology) plays a vital role in advancing economic growth and development , ICT can also transform an organization’s relations with its customers, providing increased scope to tailor products to individual requirements. The aim of this work is to see the impact of ( ICT ) on Business organizations and their development since it is considered as an important key to gain the market for creating competitive advantage. To confirm this fact , data were collected through a questionnaire used in a modern Organization located in Algeria called Nedjma , as a case study , and also to evaluate the contribution of ICT investments within this enterprise .
