Workplace communication is an area where the interconnection Benwee languages and culture Can be explained the aim of this study is to analyse the intercultural language in multi-national workplaces and to help finding solutions to how improving intercultural technical communication using business english.Thereby the study describes the containing spread of English as a global language and the adpatation of it by the different workplace in Algeria.
