Résumé
The using of FRP composites to reinforcing and strengthening the damaged structural members gave good results in many researches. This work focuses on the seismic strengthening of concrete columns which will be subjected to biaxial cyclic load until failure occurs. These columns will be assessed again after being strengthened by FPR sheets. The impact resonance method will be used to determine the mechanical properties of the specimens. The effect of changing the orientation of fiber will also be examined and conclude the best way to reinforce the columns under seismic load
