Résumé
This work purport to investigate film-associated teaching of literature and its effect on third year students at the department of English at Batna university. the introductory chapter displays the methodology adopted in conducting the research. chapter one evaluates the status of literature in the arab-Muslim universities and exposes the didactic approaches held by different scholars. chapter two offers a comprehensive description of the successful applications of film-associated teaching in human sciences. the analysis of student’s attitudes towards literature, cinema and film-associated teaching is the central focus of chapter three. chapter four reports the results of the experimental design and presents the effects, of film-associated teaching on student’s interest in literature
