* In combination with chlorambucil or bendamustine, treatment of patients with chronic lymphocytic leukaemia who have not received prior therapy and who are not eligible for fludarabine-based therapy.
* Treatment of refractory chronic lymphocytic leukaemia in patients who are refractory to fludarabine and alemtuzumab.
